Serkan Bayer Art — Returns & Exchange Policy
Serkan Bayer Art products are limited edition works of original artist production. For this reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted as with standard textile products.
Why?
- Each product is made to order, produced individually. There is no standard stock product.
- After printing, the product goes through artist approval. The delivered product is the original variant signed by the artist.
- For products of artistic nature, a "didn't like it" return undermines the value of the work and the production process.
Production & Shipping Responsibilities
Serkan Bayer Art products are produced and shipped through international print and fulfillment partner Printify. Responsibilities are defined as follows:
- Print quality: Ensuring products are printed flawlessly is Printify's responsibility. In case of print errors, color defects, or any production-related issues, full responsibility lies with Printify.
- Shipping damage: Damage or loss occurring during transit after the product is handed to cargo is not the seller's responsibility. In such cases, the necessary process is carried out with the shipping company and/or Printify.
Exception
In case of shipping damage, print error, or wrong product delivery, simply notify us within 7 days with a photo. The defective product will be replaced free of charge. Shipping is on us.

Serkan Bayer Art — İade ve Değişim Koşulları
Serkan Bayer Art ürünleri, sanatçının orijinal üretimi olan sınırlı sayıda eserlerdir. Bu nedenle standart tekstil ürünleri gibi iade/değişim kabul edilmez.
Neden?
- Her ürün sipariş üzerine, tek üretilir. Stokta tutulan standart bir ürün yoktur.
- Baskı sonrası ürün sanatçı onayından geçer. Teslim edilen ürün, sanatçının imzaladığı orijinal varyanttır.
- Sanat eseri niteliğindeki ürünlerde "beğenmedim" iadesi, eserin değerini ve üretim sürecini zedeler.
Üretim ve Kargo Sorumlulukları
Serkan Bayer Art ürünleri, uluslararası baskı ve fulfillment ortağı Printify aracılığıyla üretilmekte ve kargoya verilmektedir. Bu süreçte sorumluluklar şu şekilde belirlenmiştir:
- Baskı kalitesi: Ürünlerin kusursuz ve hatasız basılması Printify'ın sorumluluğundadır. Baskı hatası, renk bozukluğu veya üretim kaynaklı herhangi bir kusur durumunda sorumluluk tamamen Printify'a aittir.
- Kargo hasarı: Ürünün kargoya tesliminden sonra nakliye sürecinde meydana gelen hasar veya kayıplar satıcının sorumluluğunda değildir. Bu tür durumlarda kargo firması ve/veya Printify ile gerekli süreç yürütülür.
İstisna
Kargo sırasında hasar, baskı hatası veya yanlış ürün gönderimi durumunda 7 gün içinde fotoğrafla bildirmeniz yeterlidir. Hatalı ürün ücretsiz yenisiyle değiştirilir. Kargo bize aittir.
